Rachel Dobson began her career in journalism in 1996
at a pop magazine. Catching the showbiz bug she continued interviewing
celebrities for magazines OK! and Now, and worked
for tabloid newspapers Sunday Mirror, Daily Star
and News Of The World.
After a move to Sunday newspaper The People she was able
to move into writing about real people – and their real lives,
where Rachel’s true journalistic passion lies.
Now she’s a freelance feature writer specialising in stories
which are ‘one in a million’. Her main clients are weekly
women’s magazines with the market of 24 to 40-year-old readers.
Originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire, she now lives by the river in Greenwich, London with her partner
Michael and their Burmese cat Chilton. |
